The International Council of Online Professionals (iCop) has developed the Trusted Email Sender™ program to assist our members in having their email pass the spam filters to full delivery.

Our members are online business owners whose livelihood depends upon their email being delivered to customers, subscribers and those who send inquiries.  Our members are dedicated to professional conduct on the Web and do not engage in spamming activities.

With that in mind, we have adopted the use of the Institute for Spam and Internet Public Policy's (ISIPP) IADB database of responsible emailers to list properly qualified members.

The goal is to have receivers who check the IADB database and deliver our email past their filters.  Email receivers (ISPs and spam filters) check the IADB in real-time, as they are receiving email from the sender, to determine such information as whether the sender has published an email policy record, the opt-in policies of the sender, and whether the sender uses best practices in regard to sending email.
